Lovely to see you back. Feel free to leave a comment on the blog and make sure you join my FREE newsletter so we stay in touch and I can learn more about what topics you’re most interested in.
This online magazine aimed at parents, teachers and kids gets better and better and I’m not just saying that because I have a short article in it (Herbal help for keeping calm and relaxed – page 48)! My daughter has been using and enjoying the Relax Kids relaxation CDs and Star & Mood Cards for over a year. You can see the range of products on offer in their shop and there is currently a special offer available until 7th February 2009 if you spend over £40 online. For more information and free downloads, visit Relax Kids.

Hi – lovely to see your note about the great Relax Kids magazine – I’ve penned a couple of pieces for it and I really love the polished version dropping into my inbox!
The thing is, the magazine is more than just the obvious ways or helping your children live chilled out lives, there’s tonnes of stuff in there for we parents, just as grown up individuals too – well worth a read.
All the best!
Am off to have a peek around ‘your’ website now too!
